It's okay to stop. It's okay to clear the calendar and do absolutely nothing without guilt. It's okay to decline that commitment (uh-gain).

Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, and Standby. This is what we need as wives and mothers! Encourage others and yourself that it is okay to feel lost, because you know a Counselor; it’s okay to feel helpless, because you know a Helper; it’s okay to not know what to pray for, because you know an Intercessor; it’s okay to not have the fight in you, because you know an Advocate; it’s okay to be weak and vulnerable, because you know a Strengthener; and it’s okay not to have options or a backup plan, because you know a Standby!
